Shipping policy

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, please note the following.

• B.Tiff New York does not ship orders to post office boxes.  
• Items ordered together may not always ship together.
• Orders with the same shipping address may be shipped combined in a single package if placed on the same day.
• If the order requires more than one shipment, separate shipping fees will be charged.
• Please allow 1-2 business days handling time for all orders. Longer processing time might be required during certain holiday periods. 
• Number of days stated below are handling and packaging time by B.Tiff, not actual delivery time
• B.Tiff is not responsible for the physical delivery of the package. Once the package is at the carrier, it is the carrier's sole responsibility to deliver the package on time and at the right location
• The tracking number of the package is emailed right away when the package is sent to the carrier. Please use the tracking number to check the delivery status of the package
• If a package is shown as delivered but missing, please report to the local post office for missing package, check with the neighbors for misplacement, and email B.Tiff (info@btiff.com) for possible assistance

For United States domestic addresses, the following charges apply:

• Ground shipping: FREE USPS ground shipping for orders over $40. Please allow 5-10 business days delivery time. Shipping for orders below $40 is $8.
• Express 2nd-day shipping: $55.
• 2-3 Business day shipping: $18
• Other shipping services such as UPS and USPS Priority Mail are also available for individual needs.

For United States non domestic addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the following charges apply:

• Ground shipping: FREE USPS ground shipping for orders over $50. Please allow 5-10 business days delivery time. Orders below $50 is automatically calculated using USPS shipping rate according to the destination.
• Express 2nd-day shipping: $65.
• 2-3 Business day shipping: $35
• Other shipping services such as UPS and USPS Priority Mail are also available for individual needs.

For addresses in Canada, the following charges apply:

• Regular ground shipping for orders over $200 is FREE.
• Regular ground shipping for orders below $200 is $18.
• UPS 2-3 business days shipping is $22
• UPS 1-2 business days shipping is $28
  
• Other shipping services such as UPS and USPS Priority Mail are also available for individual needs.

For other destinations outside of United States and Canada,

• Regular ground shipping for orders over $250 is FREE.
• World Wide Economy shipping is $30.
• World Wide Express shipping is $55
• UPS International shipping from $65 depending on the region
• USPS International shipping from $38 depending on the region
