"Greetings to whomever it may concern. I'm familiar with the brand and bought my first item from them 20 years ago. I proposed to my wife 15 years ago with the RG111W ring, and we married 14 years ago with her RG112W ring and mine being the RG118W model. I still have my original rings. My wife and I gained weight and bought both of our rings again. Recently, we lost a lot of weight and ended up buying the rings for the third time. But this third time, the RG111W ring, although it's the correct size for my wife's finger, is much smaller and thinner than the previous rings of the same model. The first RG111W and RG112W rings I bought were the same size. I don't know if this sizing error is due to a manufacturing defect and if there's any possibility of a warranty regarding the ring size. In any case, I'm very pleased with the brand and believe me, I highly recommend it. My only complaint has been about the size of the ring I recently bought, model RG111W. Otherwise, I'm very happy and satisfied with the quality of B. Tiff products."
