Shipping Times & Rates

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, please note the following.

• B.Tiff New York does not ship orders to post office boxes.  
• Items ordered together may not always ship together.
• Orders with the same shipping address may be shipped combined in a single package if placed on the same day.
• If the order requires more than one shipment, separate shipping fees will be charged. 

Please allow 1-2 business days handling time for all orders. Longer processing time might be required during certain holiday periods. 

For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

• Ground shipping: FREE USPS ground shipping for orders over $30. Please allow 5-10 business days delivery time. Orders below $30 is automatically calculated using USPS shipping rate according to the destination.
• Express 2nd-day shipping: $55.
• Other shipping services such as UPS and USPS Priority Mail are also available for individual needs.

To inquire about shipments within the U.S. APO or FPO addresses, please email info@btiff.com.

For destinations outside of United States including Canada,

• Shipping for orders over $200 is FREE.
• Orders below $200 for Canadian destinations is $15.
• Orders bellow $200 for international destinations other than Canada is automatically calculated using USPS shipping rate according to the destination
