Warranty & Exchange

Warranty:

B.Tiff New York provides warranty for all our new and unworn products within 7 days of receipt. If a new and unworn product is defective or has visible signs of damage, the product can be sent back to us for new replacements. Please email info@btiff.com for warranty coverage requests.

Return Policy

Products purchased at their original/regular prices can be returned within 30 days of purchase for products that are in brand new condition, never worn, and in their original packaging. We will provide a return lable for you to send back your products for a full refund less a 10% restocking fee. 

  • Return items must have tags still on and be sent back to us in their original packaging with no visible signs of wear or use
  • Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping the return items back to us.
  • Should the return item not meet the above guidelines, B.Tiff has the right to deny an return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
  • Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of btiff.com and/or B.Tiff stores) must be returned through the vendor that it was purchased from.
  • Please send the return item back to B.Tiff in the original packaging it came in.
  • Orders outside of US may have duties and taxes incurred. Customers are responsible for paying these fees and B.Tiff is unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
  • Once items are received and passed inspection by our team, a full refund less a 10% restocking fee of the originally paid amount will then be credited back to your credit card right away with an email notification

Making Your Return:

Please follow the steps below to make your return.

  1. To initiate a return, please Email us at info@btiff.com with email subject "Return Request of [fill in your order number here]" to request for a Return Authorization Code. Please list out the items you would like to exchange and the corresponding reasons.
  2. Once you receive the Return Authorization Code through our email reply, a separate email containing the eletronic return label will be sent o you. Please proceed to print out the return label and send your items back to us with it.
  3. Please send the items to the address below with a Clearly Written Note stating the following.
    1. Your Return Authorization Code
    2. Your order numbers of all the return items
    3. Your full name, email, and full mailing address
    4. A list of the items you desire to return 
  4. Once you send out your return items, please also send us an email update with the above information and the tracking number of your package. We will refund you upon receipt of your return.

Exchange Policy

Please note that all sale items, which are items sold at discounted prices, are FINAL and No Return. We offer EXCHANGE ONLY for these items within 30 days of purchase for products that are in brand new condition, never worn, and in their original packaging. You can send back your product in exchange for a different product of equal value.

  • Clearance and Gift items are final and cannot be exchanged
  • Exchange items must have tags still on and be sent back to us in their original packaging
  • Exchange items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping the exchange items back to us.
  • Should the exchange item not meet the above guidelines, B.Tiff has the right to deny an exchange and have the item re-shipped to customers.
  • Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of btiff.com and/or B.Tiff stores) must be exchanged through the vendor that it was purchased from.
  • Please send the exchange item back to B.Tiff in the original packaging it came in.

    4. Your exchange request in detail
  4. Once you send out your exchange items, please also send us an email update with the above information and the tracking number of your package. We will send you your desired exchange item upon receipt of your return.
